Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian Hospital is hiring a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) for the Transplant ICU. You will support patients and families with bedside, stocking, and administrative tasks to enhance the hospital experience from arrival to discharge.

This role emphasizes compassionate, non-clinical assistance such as guiding visitors, delivering meals, transporting patients, replenishing supplies, answering phones, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 36 hours per week, 9am–9pm, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform bedside, stocking and administrative tasks in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients and visitors.
• Assist with patient transport, meal delivery, and supply replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and report maintenance needs.
• Answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide non-clinical assistance.
