Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Westfield, IN is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide a full range of SLP services in an interdisciplinary setting. This role is based at Wellbrooke of Westfield, IN, offering collaborative care and a patient-focused approach.

Applicants must hold active or pending state SLP licensure. CCC-SLP is preferred or required, with CPR certification preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or pending state SLP license to apply.
• CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
