Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide a full range of speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary environment at Indianapolis campuses.

The position requires Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and 0–1 years of experience. CCC-SLP is preferred or required; CPR certification preferred. On-site duties and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have current state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
