Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). You must hold an active or pending SLP state license to apply.

Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting and be part of a culture that supports your orientation and ongoing development. The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, and CCC-SLP licensure is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP licensure preferred or required.
• Active CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication, voice, and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
