Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active state licensure in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or required, CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and plans per policy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
