Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between residences, the PACE center, and medical appointments. You will support mobility needs, assist with entering/exiting vehicles, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ with 5 years driving, a valid Texas driver’s license, English/Spanish bilingual proficiency, CPR certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license (Class C).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes and destinations using company navigation tools.
• Follow participant-specific transportation and mobility instructions with MDT/IDT.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and with wheelchair lifts and securement.
