Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for PACE participants between residences, the center, and medical appointments.

The role requires a valid Texas Class C license, at least 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving experience, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish. You’ll assist with mobility and required documentation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years or older with 5 years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C) and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport participants between residence, PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools and follow IDT guidance.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and use of wheelchair lifts.
• Verify participant identity, deliver medications, and obtain signatures when required.
• Complete documentation related to incidents, observations, and schedule needs.
