Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for PACE participants between home, center, and medical appointments. You will assist with mobility, follow IDT instructions, and use MDT navigation while adhering to safety protocols.

Required: high school diploma or GED, Texas Class C license, bilingual English/Spanish, CPR certification, and 5 years driving experience; a strong service orientation and ability to lift up to 100 lbs may

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age with 5+ years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with frail elderly preferred.
• Must meet Bienvivir/PACE driving eligibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company-issued navigation tools and MDT.
• Follow participant-specific instructions from the MDT and IDT.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and wheelchairs.
• Transport medications, equipment, and ensure correct recipient signatures.
• Assist with participant check-in at medical offices where required.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to the Transportation Supervisor or clinic staff.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles; ensure safety equipment is used properly.
