Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, Texas seeks a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between their homes, the PACE center, and medical appointments. You will support mobility, coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and follow care instructions while prioritizing participant safety.

Responsibilities include transporting participants, assisting with mobility devices, handling medications, and documenting incidents or observations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with 5+ years continuous driving experience; valid Texas Class C license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; CPR certification; clean driving record per Bienvivir eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools.
• Assist with entering/exiting vehicles and wheelchair lifts; ensure safety equipment is used.
• Check participant information, assist with medications, and collect signatures as required.
• Complete required documentation related to incidents or observations.
