Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between homes, centers, and medical appointments. You will assist with mobility, manage equipment, and communicate with the IDT to ensure smooth care coordination.

The role requires a valid Texas driver’s license, CPR, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. The position involves routine vehicle maintenance, documentation, and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with frail elderly preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residences, the PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools.
• Follow MDT and IDT instructions for transportation and care.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and wheelchairs.
• Support care with DME and medication handling per protocol.
• Complete required incident reporting and maintain documentation.
