Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between residences, the center, and medical appointments. You will assist with mobility needs and coordinate with the IDT to relay participant information.

Required: high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years old with five years of continuous driving, valid Texas Class C license, bilingual English/Spanish, CPR certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license (Class C).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate with participants and families.
• Must have CPR certification and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools and follow IDT instructions.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and with mobility needs.
• Transport medications and supplies, verify recipient identity, and obtain signatures.
• Report incidents, maintain vehicle safety inspections, and document observations.
