Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is hiring a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for PACE participants between their homes, the center, and medical appointments. You will assist participants with mobility, operate MDT and navigation tools, and ensure accurate medication handling and check-in procedures.

A Texas Class C license, CPR certification, and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience working with the frail elderly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with five years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas Class C driver's license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport participants between their residence, the PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools.
• Follow MDT/IDT instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist with entering/exiting vehicles, including wheelchair lifts.
• Transport medications and supplies; verify participant identity and signatures.
• Assist with participant check-in at medical offices.
