Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a driven Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants and assist with mobility and medication delivery. You will operate under the Transportation Supervisor and coordinate with the IDT to follow care plans and safety procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas license, bilingual English/Spanish, and CPR certification. Five years of driving experience preferred and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with five years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C) required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to communicate with participants and families.
• CPR certification is required.
• Meet Bienvivir/PACE driving eligibility standards with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes and destinations using company navigation tools.
• Follow MDT and IDT instructions and participant-specific transportation and mobility plans.
• Physically assist participants entering/exiting vehicles, including wheelchair lifts and restraints.
• Assist with check-in/registration at medical offices and verify recipient details for medications.
• Complete required incident or observation documentation and communicate safety concerns.
