Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents within a safe, home-like environment. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and supporting medication management as needed.

Qualified applicants may hold CNA certification, HS diploma, and CPR/First Aid certifications. Experience with seniors is preferred; the team is committed to compassionate, dignity-preserving care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide preferred; helpful for care tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and monitor well-being.
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Respond promptly to call bells and notify supervisors of higher care needs.
• Assist with continence management and meal service; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with activities of daily living and engage residents in activities.
• Maintain medication room and assist with medication passes as directed.
