Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is actively seeking a Care/Medication Technician to support residents with hands-on care in a warm, home-like setting. This role requires compassion, attention to safety, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medication observation, documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents.
• Assist with meals and continence management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist with medications under supervision and ensure proper documentation.
