Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe home-like environment. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health, and ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents.

The position requires 18+ years of age, HS diploma or GED, and preferably CNA/CPR/First Aid credentials, with prior senior care experience being a plus. Great Workplace recognition supports our team growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and document residents’ symptoms and conditions.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and notify supervisor if needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Support meals service and help with daily activities and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas and follow hygiene standards.

Education

High School diploma/GED

CNA certification preferred

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred
