Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Care/Medication Technician for our Indian Trail community. The role involves hands-on care, both physical and emotional support, in a home-like environment, and ensuring safety for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication observation, documenting changes, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior CNA/Med Tech experience and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver: supervise a designated group of residents and check on them during the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms/conditions in residents.
• Respond to call bells and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of rooms and restrooms.
• Serve meals, collect trays, and report refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and life skills.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and greet all customers and visitors.

Skills

CPR Certification (preferred)

First Aid Certification (preferred)

Experience with seniors (preferred)

Education
