Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and medication support for residents across Active Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will work with a caring team to promote dignity and safety in a home-like setting.

The role includes administering medications under supervision, documenting care, and assisting with daily living activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with care plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their well-being.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve and collect food trays and assist with meals as needed.
• Engage residents in daily living activities and life enrichment.
