TerraBella Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Care/Medication Technician to join our on-site community in North Carolina. This role provides hands-on care and supports residents with daily needs in a safe, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, administering medication under guidance, documenting changes, and maintaining clean, dignified care environments. CNA preferred; competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document residents' symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor when needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Assist with meals and keep resident areas clean and safe.
• Support activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation).
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and greet visitors.
