Job summary

You will support daily living activities, medication administration, and safety while maintaining a home-like environment. The role emphasizes resident dignity, teamwork, and adherence to care plans and policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; monitor and check on them.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond to resident calls and security alerts promptly.
• Assist with continence management and meal service; maintain cleanliness.
• Support activities of daily living and resident independence.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities and greet guests.
