Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver in Fayetteville, NC. You will provide quality daily living assistance, support residents’ independence, and help plan engaging activities within a caring community.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting concerns, and maintaining confidentiality. A weekend/holiday schedule may be required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license in good standing with the State.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents.
• Encourage independence and participation in community activities.
• Conduct activities and provide meaningful experiences for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Report incidents and document appropriately in logs and charts.
• Assist residents with moving to dining and activities and monitor attendance at meals and events.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies and remain calm in emergencies.
