Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver in Greensboro, NC. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and participate in community activities. You’ll document status, move residents, and ensure safety during meals and outings.

Responsibilities include reporting changes, supporting move-ins, and following confidentiality policies. Flexible scheduling, weekend/holiday shifts, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State where the community is located.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in activities.
• Report incidents and documentation to appropriate staff.
• Assist with housekeeping and dining room duties as directed.
• Answer resident calls promptly and respond to emergencies.
• Assist in activity planning and transportation to meals and activities.
