Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance and participate in meaningful activities for residents.

You will document care, support move-ins, and follow all policies while maintaining resident safety. Must hold an active CNA license in NC, communicate effectively, and be able to lift and assist with transfers. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current NC CNA license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Document care and report changes in resident status to nursing staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with transfers, meals, and mobility as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and attend in-services.
