Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a CNA/Direct Care Giver in Fayetteville, NC to assist residents with daily living activities and provide a meaningful, respectful environment. You will document care and incidents, support mobility and dining activities, and respond to emergencies while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification and flexibility for weekends and holidays. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to coordinate with nursing staff

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident areas and rooms as directed.
• Document care provided and incidents in daily log and clinical records.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Observe and report changes in resident status to appropriate staff.
