Job summary

HarborChase, LLC seeks a compassionate CNA to support residents with Activities of Daily Living while upholding dignity and respect. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and personal care under supervision to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include following care plans, reporting changes, assisting with meals, conducting 2-hour checks, documenting tasks, and maintaining a clean, respectful living environment. Prior senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education.
• C.N.A. certification or valid training.
• 1–3 years experience in a senior care setting.
• Knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to residents in line with policies and rights.
• Assists residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Responds to resident calls in a timely manner.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Checks residents every two hours and reports findings.
• Assists with meals, dining room setup and feeding assistance.
• Keeps assignment sheets updated and completes daily tasks.
• Maintains clean and comfortable resident rooms and common dining areas.
