Job summary

HarborChase of Naperville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily living assistance to residents with dignity and respect. The role emphasizes meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while adhering to care plans and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.
• CNA certification or valid state CNA training required or non-certification with proper training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with their rights and policies.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Follow resident LOC and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and dining room needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and resident rooms.
• Assist with resident personal laundry as directed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
• Dispose of incontinent products per OSHA and company policy.
• Use proper body mechanics and safety practices.
