Job summary

OPS Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant to provide resident-centered care that supports physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care.

This role emphasizes building relationships, preserving dignity, and promoting independence while maintaining resident safety and privacy in a supportive senior living

Qualifications

• Current Indiana CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with each resident's service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and safe use of mobility devices.
• Encourage resident independence while offering appropriate assistance.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in all care activities.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly per policies.
