Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease impact on behavior.
• Effective communication with residents, families and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and related care.
• Answer resident calls promptly and respond to emergencies.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and resident rooms per supervisor directions.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear name badge and uniform as required.
