Job summary

Waystone Health and Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Methuen, MA to support five individuals in a group home. The role covers ADLs, transportation using wheelchair vans, and overnight wellness checks.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and ongoing personal care. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules with comprehensive benefits and union association with SEIU Local 509.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MAP certification training provided after hire (within 6 months).
• CPR/First Aid certification required or provided within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, transferring, and meal prep.
• Complete ISP and daily logs; track behavioral data; document services.
• Support medication administration and maintain accurate records.
