Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English to follow care plans and document services.
• MAP Certification; CPR/First Aid training offered by Waystone (within specified timelines).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (hygiene, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming).
• Transport individuals using wheelchair-accessible vans to appointments and activities.
• Complete ISP, logs, and notes; track behavioral data.
• Administer medications and maintain documentation.
• Provide companionship, mentorship, and support independence.
