Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English to follow care plans.
• MAP Certification offered within 6 months of employment.
• CPR/First Aid offered within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Transport individuals using wheelchair-accessible vans.
• Complete Individual Support Plans to promote independence.
• Maintain daily logs and document behavioral data.
