Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, route calls, and manage sign-in via the kiosk. The role requires discretion, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with departments during emergencies or daily operations.

The concierge will receive packages, assist with applications, deliver flowers, and help residents with daily tasks while maintaining building security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Sign in visitors via kiosk and verify access.
• Enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, or maintenance as requested by residents or staff.
• Accept and deliver packages; notify residents of deliveries.
• Inform executives and department heads when officials enter the building.
• Assist during emergencies; follow fire plans and security procedures.
• Meet and greet new residents; assist visitors and employees as needed.
• Deliver newspapers; respond to resident emergency calls; support disaster recovery.
