Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Ensure all entrants sign in via kiosk.
• Greet residents and visitors and assist as needed.
• Enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance as requested.
• Receive and deliver packages and notify residents.
• Assist residents, families and employees as needed.
• Be familiar with building layout to aid emergency services.
