Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care for residents in a post-acute setting. You will identify residents, administer routine tasks, and assist with daily activities under supervision. The role requires attention to privacy, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in condition, maintaining records, and ensuring a supportive, respectful atmosphere for residents and staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report accidents and incidents observed during the shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report unauthorized disclosures.
