Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting. You will follow care plans, identify residents, and report changes to nursing staff to ensure consistent, quality care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, maintaining clean and safe environments, assisting with transfers, and supporting residents with daily activities to promote comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a valid CNA certification as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
