Job summary

The WHITERIVERMC unit seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care and services per each resident's care plan. You will assist with meals, personal hygiene, and mobility, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment throughout the shift.

You will document changes, participate in nursing handoffs, and maintain strict confidentiality of resident information while following established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Able to follow care plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports clearly and accurately.
• Greet residents and escort them to their room, maintaining a warm environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as trained, including room preparation.
