Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated staff member for resident services in Hillsboro, Ohio. The role involves assisting with personal care, housekeeping, meals, and medication assistance, while maintaining a home-like environment and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Health Services Director, supporting new staff, and ensuring resident well-being through daily activities and social interaction. CPR/First Aid training preferred.

Qualifications

• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.
• Attends to confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Maintains acceptable attendance and follows work schedule.
• Demonstrates mature behavior and professional demeanor.
• Able to work with Residents, public and co-workers.
• Willing to follow all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and communicates reports from the previous shift.
• Assists with orientation of new staff to job responsibilities.
• Provides ADL and mobility support and helps with meals and environment.
• Maintains infection control procedures and safe environment.
• Provides and documents Resident information as required.
• Notifies nurse or supervisor of status changes and issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
