Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join a caring, resident-centered team in Ohio. The position supports ADLs and mobility, adheres to infection control, and reinforces a home-like environment for residents.

The role emphasizes reporting, teamwork with supervisors, and vigilant observation of resident needs, with a focus on dignity, independence, and safety for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program with current license.
• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of resident dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Resident.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe environment for Residents, staff, and visitors.
• Observes changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
• Notifies nurse, and/or designated agents of Resident status/change as appropriate.
