Job summary

Trustwell Living at Bell Gardens Place is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team in Hillsboro, OH. You will support residents with daily activities and person-centered care in a home-like environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, state certification where required, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Weekend availability is preferred. We offer full medical benefits, 401K match, substantial PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and geriatric environments.
• Availability for some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence and a home-like environment.
• Assist with ADLs, environmental orientation and other care while encouraging self-care.
• Provide services per resident plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer and mobility.
• Build relationships with residents and the care team.
