Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Resident Services aide to support residents with daily living activities in a home-like assisted living setting. You will help with bathing, hygiene, meals, mobility and transfers while upholding dignity and independence.

You will relay reports between shifts, follow infection control procedures, and assist with group activities as needed. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADL), mobility and self-care.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterward.
• Provides services per Resident service plans including bathing, toileting, transfer and mobility assistance.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Notifies nurse or designated agent of status changes and other problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
