Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a caregiver to support Resident services in an assisted living setting. You will perform ADL assistance, meal service, and housekeeping tasks to promote Resident well-being and independence.

Responsibilities include reporting to Health Services Director, maintaining infection control, and assisting with social activities while ensuring privacy and dignity. CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with English proficiency and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to spend long periods on feet and to ambulate quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Record Resident information as required and observe changes in status or needs.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility support.
• Assist with meal setup, service, and cleanup; provide social-recreational activities.
• Maintain infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Notify nurse or supervisor of status changes and assist with emergencies.
