The role requires High School Diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

• Adept at following instructions and policies to ensure resident safety and care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
