Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant within a senior living community or healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), EHR systems and HR-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, nutrition and daily activities.
• Respond promptly to signals (bells/intercom) to determine resident needs.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dining and activity participation.
• Support with laundry, housekeeping and visiting coordination.
• Communicate concerns to care team and respect residents' advance directives.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
