Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities in our community.

The RA should be compassionate, team-oriented, and capable of maintaining residents’ well-being through hygiene, mobility, meals, and social activities. Certification as a Nursing Assistant and CPR/First Aid are preferred, with weekend and holiday shifts rotating.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant (depending on state regulations).
• CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility).
• Support residents with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social activities.
• Collaborate with nursing and other staff to maintain residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
