Primrose Retirement Communities in Ohio is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and housekeeping. The RA collaborates with the nursing team to support residents' physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.

The ideal candidate has experience in long-term care or assisted living, current CNA or State-Trained Nursing Assistant certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work as part

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and excellent people skills.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, meals, mobility).
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal services as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents’ well-being.
• Support residents and families to promote physical, mental, and psycho-social health.
