Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities in a Wisconsin facility. The RA will support hygiene, dressing, meals, housekeeping, and social-recreational activities, working closely with the nursing team to promote residents’ well-being.

The role requires CNA certification or state-trained CNA, CPR/First Aid current as required by state regulations, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant required by state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification current as per state regulations.
• Knowledge of dementia care preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, meals, housekeeping, laundry).
• Assist residents with social-recreational activities and meal services.
• Support nursing department, families, and other staff to ensure resident well-being.
• Collaborate to maintain residents’ physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
• Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
