Primrose Retirement Communities in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide basic resident care and assist with daily living activities. You’ll support personal hygiene, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and social activities while collaborating with the nursing team to promote well-being and safety.

The ideal candidate has a Nursing Assistant certification (or state-trained equivalent), CPR/First Aid certification, and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or state-trained equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal services.
• Support social-recreational activities and transport residents as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing and other staff to promote resident well-being and safety.
