Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound patient calls in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Assist patients with questions regarding appointments and clinic processes.
• Handle conversations with distressed or emotionally vulnerable patients with patience and sensitivity.
• Communicate effectively with elderly patients and those needing extra assistance.
• Accurately capture and update patient information in the EMR/medical system.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Escalate sensitive or urgent matters to the appropriate team.
• Complete general administrative duties as required.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office systems where required.
• Maintain a consistently professional and compassionate telephone manner.
