Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Vidalia, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with learners under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

This role requires an Active RBT certification, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Genuine interest in helping children learn and grow.
• Reliable, patient and dependable.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with children in homes and community settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous ABA or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies in teaching opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with learners and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers and clinical team.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Adhere to clinical, ethical and safety standards.
