Job summary

GoalPoint Behavior Group in Georgia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our in-clinic team. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized ABA therapy for children with autism and related needs in a supportive, structured setting.

You will record session data, participate in supervision, attend team meetings, and help create a safe, engaging learning environment. Experience with children is preferred; RBT certification readiness is required before start.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete RBT certification prior to start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education preferred.
• Experience with children in clinical/educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in our clinic setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies to promote communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
• Accurately record session data and complete documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for clients.
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure consistency and quality of care.
